  • Inseam: From the crotch seam to the leg opening.

What this piece does not do

  • Dry time of 5 hours is measured hanging, not folded. Folded in a bag it will take longer.

The thinking

Trousers are drafted on a standing body. Then you sit in them for eleven hours and the waistband becomes the whole story.

This block adds 3 cm of rise at the back and replaces the stiff facing with a knitted band that flexes with the seated waist. The leg is wide enough that the fabric never pulls across the thigh.

Woven from a Tencel-blend twill that stays cool against skin and does not hold a seat-crease.
