Our standing position

Roamwear does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months and we have no plans to start.

There are no advertising cookies on this site, no third-party tracking pixels, and no data brokers in our supply chain. The only parties who receive your information are the service providers who fulfil your order — payment processing, shipping, email delivery, hosting — each of them contractually barred from using it for their own purposes. Those disclosures are not sales or sharing under California law.

Because that could in principle change, the request channel below exists and works today.

Make the request

You do not need an account and there is nothing to prove. Send a request by either of these routes and we will record a standing opt-out against your details:

We act on opt-out requests within 15 business days and confirm in writing. We will not ask you to create an account, will not charge you, and will not change your prices or service level because you asked. Exercising this right has no effect on anything.

Opt-out preference signals

We honour browser-level opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where your browser or extension sends one. Because we do not sell or share information in the first place, such a signal changes nothing about how your visit is handled — but it is respected rather than ignored.

Authorised agents

An authorised agent may submit this request for you. Send written permission signed by you along with the request. We may contact you directly to confirm you authorised it, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle.
