How we calculate a saving

Where a price appears struck through, the struck-through figure is one of exactly two things:

• our current everyday price for that item, or
• for a set, the sum of the current everyday prices of the individual pieces inside it, calculated live from those product pages.

We do not invent a former price, raise a price before discounting it, or compare against a “recommended” figure nobody charges. If a saving is shown, that money is real.

Free shipping threshold

• Free standard shipping on orders over $125 to the contiguous United States.
• Assessed on the merchandise subtotal, after any discount and before tax.
• Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories or Canada, where the rates on the shipping page apply.
• If a return drops an order below the threshold, we do not retroactively charge shipping.
• Ongoing. No end date, no code needed.

First-order code

• 10% off a first order, applied with a code, one use per customer and per household.
• Applies to the merchandise subtotal, not to shipping or tax.
• Single use. It is not a recurring discount and it does not enrol you in anything.
• Cannot be combined with capsule set pricing, which is already a set price.
• We may withdraw it at any time; codes already issued stay valid for 90 days from issue.

Capsule set pricing

Capsule sets are sold at a fixed price below the sum of their parts. Nothing in a set is a set-only version — every piece is the same specification we sell individually.

A set can be returned whole under the standard returns policy. Returning part of a set re-prices the remainder at individual prices, and the refund reflects that — we tell you the figure before processing it.

Pack Planner list discount

• Adding a complete Pack Planner list to the bag in one action takes 10% off that list.
• One-time, applied at that moment, on the merchandise subtotal only.
• Removing pieces afterwards recalculates it against what remains.
• It is a discount on a single purchase, not a plan, a membership or a recurring arrangement.

Stacking and exclusions

• One percentage discount per order. Codes do not stack with each other or with set pricing.
• The free shipping threshold applies alongside any discount, assessed after it.
• Discounts apply to merchandise only, never to shipping or tax.
• Offers apply while stock lasts and are not exchangeable for cash.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order where a code has been obtained or used abusively, and we will tell you why.

Email list

The email list is free, opt-in, and carries an unsubscribe link in every message. It is not a membership, it costs nothing, there is no paid tier, and joining is never a condition of a discount or a purchase.

What we do not run

No subscriptions. No memberships. No loyalty points, no stored value, no gift cards, no auto-replenishment and no free trial that converts into a charge. Every transaction on this site is a single, one-time purchase of physical goods, and there is nothing on your card to cancel afterwards.
