Who you are buying from

Every order on this website is a contract with VAGABOND APPAREL LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, trading as Roamwear, at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave, Suite 5102, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, United States. Contact: support@vagabondapparel.shop, +1 614 108 9613.

What we sell

Physical, ready-made clothing and soft textile goods for personal use — 44 pieces, described on this site with their measured performance figures, fibre content, care instructions and country of origin.

We do not sell luggage, backpacks, hard travel accessories, digital goods, subscriptions, memberships, stored value, gift cards or services. There is no recurring charge of any kind associated with this website. Every purchase is a one-time transaction.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order and not when payment is taken.

We may decline an order, and will tell you why, where:

• The item is out of stock.
• A price or description was materially wrong.
• We cannot lawfully ship to the destination.
• We suspect fraud or a payment we cannot verify.

Where we decline after taking payment, we refund in full immediately.

Prices and currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and range from $19 to $549. Prices exclude sales tax and shipping, both of which are shown before you place the order.

Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order. If a listed price was obviously wrong — an order of magnitude out — we will contact you before charging anything rather than fulfilling or cancelling silently.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Card details are collected and processed by our payment processor; they are not stored on our systems.

Placing an order on this site does not itself charge your card. We record the order and send a secure payment link. Your order ships once that payment clears, within 1–3 business days.

We do not store card numbers, we do not charge recurring amounts, and there is nothing to cancel — there is no subscription, trial or membership anywhere in this business.

Promotions and discounts

Where a price is shown struck through, the struck-through figure is our current everyday price for that item, or for a set, the sum of the current everyday prices of the pieces in it. We do not invent a former price to make a discount look larger. Full promotion terms are on the promotion terms page.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms, costs and timings are set out in full on the shipping and delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on delivery or on payment in full, whichever is later. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem to resolve, not yours.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days, unworn and tagged, return shipping paid by us on domestic orders, with a hygiene exception for opened intimate apparel. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Product descriptions and performance claims

Performance figures — packed volume, wrinkle grade, dry time, pocket count, fabric weight — are measured under the conditions published on our performance testing page and carry the tolerances stated there. Read alongside that page they are accurate; read in isolation they can mislead, which is why every product page links to it.

Colours vary between screens. We photograph everything under consistent lighting and do not retouch colour, but a screen is a screen.

We make no antimicrobial, antibacterial, odour-control, therapeutic or medical claim for any product, and we describe nothing as waterproof. If you believe any statement on this site overstates what a product does, tell us — we will correct it, and that is a valid basis for a return.

Intellectual property

The Roamwear name, the mark, this site's text, photography and code belong to VAGABOND APPAREL LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Our garments carry no third-party marks. Nothing we make bears an airline, airport, transport operator, luggage maker or place-name trademark, and we neither claim nor imply any affiliation with any such organisation. Where this site refers to cabin bag capacity ranges, it names no carrier and no manufacturer.

Export and destination restrictions

We ship only to the destinations listed on the shipping page. We do not ship to any country, region, entity or individual subject to United States sanctions or export controls, and we cannot ship via freight forwarders.

You are responsible for ensuring that importing these goods is lawful where you live, and for any duties or import taxes charged on arrival.

Age

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to order from this site. We sell adult apparel and do not market to children.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Except where the law does not permit it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes and governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please write to us at support@vagabondapparel.shop. We will respond within 10 business days and try to resolve it directly. Most things are fixable without lawyers.

General

• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
• These terms, together with the shipping, returns, promotion and privacy pages, are the whole agreement between us for any order.
• We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.
