How each figure is taken

Chest: Across the chest 2.5 cm below the armhole, doubled.
Body length: From the high point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
Sleeve: From the shoulder seam to the cuff edge.
Shoulder: Seam to seam across the back.

Measured flat, finished garment. Tolerance ±1 cm (±0.4 in). Cut straight through the body. Sized on the mens block; size down one for a closer fit.

What this piece does not do

The packed figure of 0.8 L is a measured filled value with a ±10% tolerance.
Repeated packing at the same fold will eventually mark the rib. Rotate the fold.

The thinking

Cabin temperature is the one variable nobody controls. A cardigan solves it faster than a jacket because you can open it one button at a time.

This one packs into its own pocket to a measured 0.8 L, which is roughly the space a rolled t-shirt takes. The rib structure at the front placket is what lets it come out of the sack without a crease running down the chest.

No buttons on the placket — a soft magnetic-free tie closure keeps the front flat when you pack it.
