Hip: Across the widest point below the fly, doubled.
Inseam: From the crotch seam to the leg opening.
Outseam: From the top of the waistband to the leg opening.
Thigh: Across the leg 2.5 cm below the crotch, doubled.

The cloth is a 4-way stretch nylon at 180 gsm with a durable water-repellent finish on the face. Water beads off a spill; it is not a rain trouser.
